Founded in 1990, the Minnesota Foundation for Responsible Animal Care (MnFRAC) is a non-profit 501-C3 organization.

MnFRAC is managed by a board of directors representing commodity groups, farm organizations and businesses that have an interest in animal welfare, the environment and food safety issues.
